In the production process of cement bricks, the curing of green bricks is very important. The humidity curing environment of cement bricks is directly related to the strength and quality of the bricks. The traditional method is to manually use a water pipe to spray on the brick stack, which takes a long time, and the spraying is not sufficient and uneven, and many places inside the brick stack cannot get moisture. Especially in the hot summer, the moisture on the sprayed surface evaporates quickly, the actual effect is not obvious, and the work efficiency is very low.
In addition, bricks are indispensable in construction. Because of bricks are relatively dry, they have to be soaked before use. The soaked bricks are convenient to use. Usually people put the bricks directly into the water. Due to the long soaking time, they have to wait until the bricks are soaked finished before construction. The work efficiency is low, and it is easy to wet clothes while taking out the bricks, which is inconvenient.
In order to overcome the above problems and improve work efficiency, our company has developed an automatic brick soaking machine to solve the problem of soaking bricks in construction and the natural maintenance method of cement bricks. Bricks soaked using this equipment can be fully soaked with water and it's a high degree of automation.
Our automatic brick soaking machine is controlled by a PLC controller, and different soaking times are adjusted for different brick types. It realizes automatic soaking of various types of brick stacks with good soaking effect. The whole processing of pallet stacking is stable, It avoids the problem of many debris caused by collision between bricks, realizes the automation of brick soaking, and effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.
