1. Block Type:
We design and manufacture high-quality steel molds for producing interlocking paving stones, slabs, permeable paving stones, curbstones, retaining walls, hollow blocks, and special blocks. We always meet customer requirements and offer new, innovative ideas.
2. Raw Material:
We use high-end, specially quenched and tempered steel imported from Italy for manufacturing concrete block molds. These steels are further enhanced for abrasion resistance through heat treatment.

1. How can I get a quotation?
A. If you have detailed drawings of the block, please send them to us for review, and we will provide a quote based on them.
B. If you don't have detailed drawings, let us know the type of block you need, such as hollow block or solid block. You can also send a picture of the block and provide the dimensions (length, width, thickness in mm).
C. What size is your pallet?
D. What is the size of your tamper head and the height of your down mold?
E. How will your mold connect with your machine to work? If you have a connection drawing, please share it.
Once we receive your information, we will provide a quote as soon as possible.
2. What is the delivery time?
For common block molds, the delivery time is 20-25 working days after receiving the deposit. For high-end block molds, the delivery time is 30-40 working days.
3. How is the transport packing?
We use wooden packing with plastic film or as per the buyer's requirements.
4. Will the incoming mold be compatible with my machine?
We have manufactured molds for many brands of block machines and keep related records. Some molds may already be compatible with your machine.
If necessary, you can invite an engineer to your company to take measurements. Alternatively, we can send a digital image and measurements, as many of our customers do. After confirming the sizing, we guarantee the mold will fit your machine without issues.
5. What are the payment terms?
To complete your order, a 50% advance payment by T/T is required. The remaining balance must be paid before loading.
