The Most Advanced Assembly Process:

A: We use advanced welding technology and de-stress treatments. Stress in mold materials can cause cavities and cores to deform during use. This deformation creates dimensional errors, misaligned tolerances, and blocked components, making molds unusable. To prevent this, we minimize deformation during heat treatment. Tempering after quenching removes internal stress caused by machining and heat treatment, ensuring normal mold use.

B: The press foot clearance related to the machine is 0.3-0.8mm.

C: We use standard parts and anti-loosening treatments for high-strength connection bolts.

D: A standardized assembly process allows for easy replacement of parts.

E: High-quality wear-resistant steel plates enhance durability.

F: The mold features a damping function to reduce vibrations.

G: Digital free surface designs are realizable for precision.

To ensure durability, we apply carbonitriding heat treatment (60-65HRC).

A: The die frame and press foot undergo hardening (60-65HRC).
