The Most Advanced Assembly Process

A: We use advanced welding technology and apply de-stress treatment to ensure precision. If stress remains in the mold material, the cavity and core may deform during use, causing errors in dimensions, shape, and position tolerances. This can make qualified products exceed error limits, disrupt well-matched components, and render them unusable. Therefore, we minimize deformation during heat treatment and perform tempering after quenching to eliminate internal stress from machining and heat treatment, ensuring the mold functions properly.

B: We maintain a press foot clearance of 0.3-0.8mm, which aligns with machine requirements.

C: We use high-strength connection bolts for standard parts and apply anti-loosening treatments.

D: Our standardized assembly process ensures easy replacement of parts.

E: We incorporate high-quality wear-resistant steel plates for durability.

F: Our molds feature a damping function to enhance performance.

To ensure mold durability, we apply carbonitriding heat treatment (60-65HRC) as follows:

1. How Can I Get the Quotations?

A. If you have detailed drawings of the block you need, send them to us, and we will provide a quote based on your specifications.

B. If you don’t have detailed drawings, tell us the type of block you need, such as hollow block or solid block. Send us a picture of the block and provide the dimensions, including length, width, and thickness in millimeters.

C. Let us know the size of your pallet.

D. Provide the size of your tamper head and the height of your down mold.

E. Explain how your mold will connect to your machine. If you have a connection drawing, please share it with us.

Once we receive your information, we will quote for you as soon as possible.

2. What Is the Delivery Time?
   For common block molds, delivery takes 20-25 work days after we receive the deposit. For high-end block molds, delivery takes 30-40 work days.
3. What About Transport Packing?
   We use wooden packing with plastic film, or we can customize the packing according to your requirements.
4. Will the Incoming Mold Be Compatible with My Machine?
   We have manufactured molds for many block machine brands, so we likely have relevant records. Some of these molds may already suit your needs.

If needed, you can invite an engineer to take measurements at your facility. Alternatively, you can send us photos and measurements, as many of our customers do.

Once we confirm the sizing, the mold we send will fit your machine perfectly. You don’t need to worry about compatibility!

5. What Are the Payment Terms?
   To complete your order, you need to pay 50% in advance by T/T. The remaining balance is due before loading.
