Our company is an enterprise integrating R & D, manufacturing, production and sales. The mold material can be Q345 or high-end imported material from Italy. Cycle time can be 80000 times or 120000 time for choice. Our CNC liner cutting technology can effectively meet the accuracy requirements of molds. And After vacuum carburizing, the hardness can be reached 62 degree which greatly enhances the wear resistance of the mold.

1.¿Cómo puedo obtener los presupuestos?

A. Si tiene planos de detalle del bloque que va a necesitar, envíenoslos para comprobarlo, le haremos un presupuesto a medida.

B. Si no tiene dibujos detallados, díganos qué tipo de bloque necesita, como bloque hueco, bloque macizo, etc., tome una foto del bloque que necesita y díganos las medidas en mm. de longitud*anchura*espesor.

C. ¿Cuál es el tamaño de su paleta?

D. ¿Cuál es el tamaño de la cabeza del pisón y la altura del molde?

20-25 días laborables para moldes de bloques comunes después de recibir el depósito del comprador, y para moldes de bloques de gama alta necesita 30-40 días laborables.

Or, we can take a digital image of your mold by sending photos and taking measurements as many of our customers do.After making sure of the sizing process, the mold we will send to you will be attached to your machine without any problems.
