Ltd is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China where is known as “the production base of block machine” by all over the world.Our factory has been engaging in concrete block making production line manufacture for almost 30 years. Our products include QT series fully auto concrete block machines and single/double static hydraulic press series block machines.QT series are from QT4-15 to QT18-15 with differnt capacities; Static press series includes 500T,600T,900T,1200T and1300T production line.
Furthermore,other related matched machines. Just like concrete mixer, batching machine, block stacker, cement silo, cement scale, cement screw conveyor, auto pallet feeding machine,GMT and PVC pallets, block collecting line, wrapping device and brick soaking device etc.

We not only have QT series block machine but also STATIC press block machines. Our QT series models are from QT4-15 to QT18-15 with different capacities to make buyers have more choice as their needs. All of our machines are fully automatic with higher output capacities. Static press block machines are XX-500T, 600T, 900T and 1300T.
The shortest cycle time of our machines can reach 12s, it means buyers can spend less time to produce to save labor cost.

Our factory was established in 1990s with almost 30 years manufacturing experience. Not only for domestic market but also for abroad, we have been exporting from 2008.
We have been providing a large number of molds for different brands block making machine to domestic market and foreign markets in the last 15 years. We provide molds for lots of high-end brands block making machine with an average production capacity of 1,000 sets per year. The molds for hollow blocks, paving bricks, solid bricks, road tiles, river slope protection bricks, curbstones, wharf bricks, heat insulation bricks, grass planting bricks, interlock pavers and other concrete block molds all can be produced. Special shape brick molds can be customized according to buyer’s requirements.
Our company is an enterprise integrating R & D, manufacturing, production and sales. The mold material can be Q355 or high-end imported material from Italy. Cycle time can be 80000 times or 120000 time for choice. Our CNC liner cutting technology can effectively meet the accuracy requirements of molds. And After vacuum carburizing, the hardness can be reached 62 degree which greatly enhances the wear resistance of the mold.
